Our Management Team

Michael Hughes - As CEO & President, Mr. Hughes is an accomplished leader possessing a unique mix of management and technical expertise. In his position immediately prior to Procentrix, he managed an Enterprise Software Solutions practice for one of the nation's fastest growing government contractors. During his 11 year tenure there, he successfully led his division's delivery capabilities through various technology paradigm shifts ranging from client-server, to distributed, to Web, to mobile & wireless computing and rapidly advanced through the ranks of management to the level of Vice President and Corporate Officer. With his combined technical and managerial background, Mr. Hughes possesses a unique insight into how technology can be directly applied toward the optimization of critical operational and management challenges.

Amarnath Melige - As Vice President & CTO, Mr. Melige works with our customers to develop specialized technology solutions that deliver measurable performance benefits to their organizations. He is responsible for establishing Procentrix’s technology vision and managing the readiness and execution of our technology consulting division. With a proven background as an analyst and architect, his primary focus over the years has been solving complex business problems using Commercial-off-the-Shelf products and advanced integration technologies. Prior to co-founding Procentrix, Mr. Melige managed a successful Microsoft solutions practice at a large federal system integrator. While there he spearheaded numerous technology adoption and readiness programs that prepared the company to deliver innovative solutions to numerous government and private sector clients.
