to complete the Exhibit 300 either offline using Microsoft InfoPath 2007 or online using a web browser communicating with Microsoft
Office Forms Server 2007. Microsoft Office SharePoint Services enables teams to share information throughout the process. Workflow
is utilized to help authors effectively collect and consolidate feedback from team members and to route the business
case through an approval process prior to OMB submission. The InfoPath-based Exhibit 300 form produces an XML document that is fully
compliant with the OMB's schema guidlines. When combined, Microsoft Office SharePoint and Microsoft Office products can drastically
simplify the process of creating the Exhibit 300. Our collaborative solution for federal business case creation is flexible and
